5 reasons to go to Chechnya, Russia

Kezenoi-Am Lake, Russia

Alpine lake Kezenoi-Am is the largest lake in the North Caucasus, located on the border of the Cheberloevsky district of the Chechen Republic and the Botlikh region of Dagestan. The lake is fed by rivers and streams flowing into it, as well as keys knocking out in the basin itself. The lake does not have surface runoff, but it obviously has underground runoff through the surrounding limestone rocks.

The only tourist complex in the vicinity of the lake is the Kezenoi-Am recreation center, rebuilt in the autumn of 2014. It offers a hotel with 58 rooms and wooden houses.
